Great trek, great food. Didn't have much interaction with the guides and they left quite a big gap while walking, so if you were in the middle of the path there would sometimes be sections where you'd have to guess which path they took. If you fell down a mountain they literally wouldn't have noticed for hours, which seemed quite unsafe. Our guide also told us we could leave our swimwear at the accommodation on day 2 and it would all be safe - when I returned to collect it, my bikini top was missing (travelling for a year and only had one packed so now I need to buy another ??), this also meant that I missed the opportunity to go swimming the river that evening. They offered me another random top they had but it was huge (and that's also not the point...). Don't leave your luggage out of your sight. I would choose a different company in future based on my experience.

This place is super nice to visit. For me it is even nice than Machu Pichu as it's much less crowded. The size is also really great, we walked around for more than 3 hours with our guide. The hike to come here is demanding and the temperatures and humidity are very high. Be aware of that that this can come with some discomfort.
